I love summer.

I'm half dead now

The finest birthday gift I ever received was marrying my best friend many, many years ago. Turning forty isn't so bad when you have the most greatest wonderful guy by your side. (and he still thinks I'm cute!)

I asked for a bottle of botox (in order to fight the effects of aging) and a cat-scan (to see where I'm dying), but instead Chad cooked me dinner. It was yummy. I had a pound of flesh and a pound of fish, (relatively speaking) yummy organic produce (from my garden), and lots of chocolate.

(Oh, chocolate...why do you have to be so delicious)

Chad is a very goodly person and I am the luckiest gal in the world. Thanks for making my birthday special. Thanks for making my life special.
