We and our friends had a lovely day exploring the geo-thermic activity that is occuring right on the mountain-side of Monroe.
Yikes! The water temperature is 120degree's or more. A little warm for a relaxing soak. 
Whoever said Monroe wasn't a 'hot' place to live is sorely mistaken.
Ponce de Leon...eat your heart out...or roll over in your grave...or something like that.

All of that in little ol' Monroe! That is amazing. Such a great place for your kiddos to grow up. I love all your nature pics.
I lived there 4 years and never went, but Dave took the kids. So thanks for the pics!
