Boys State 2010

Taking Charge
Talon was elected to city council, county delegate, state delegate, state senator, and other various and extrememly important offices while he was at Boys State which was held at Weber State University. He had a great time and met lots of good kids...some idiots too, but hey, that's life for ya. He received 3 college credit hours, learned about the function of government, and listened to some inspiring talks and speeches by lawyers, judges, military, and other well regarded men. As a bonus, he shook hands and visited with Representative Jason Chaffetez on our way home. All in all it was a fantastic experience for Big-T.

This is a great way to prepare the future for the calibre of leadership we need in our country today.
Vote for Talon!
