La Cucarumba
This is only a small sampling of all the cucumbers I've harvested. It's cucumber-mania here! I've been pickling, preserving, and preparing cucumbers in all sorts of fashions from sweet, dill, brined, quick, and quirky. For a yummy salad we had cucumber/honeydew mixed with cilantro topped with a coconut oil/vinegar dressing. Delicious!
